Obwohl wir schon im Septemberb2023 gebucht und bezahlt haben qirde jns nicht mit geteilt, dass dieses Hotel dauerhaft geschlossen ist. Wir haben über opodo gebucht jbd das Celd verloren!!!!!

I booked a room for 3 nights and paid in full. On December 7, 2023 we arrived at the hotel only to find it closed. I called the hotel number but no one answered. There we were stranded on the streets of NYC with nowhere to stay. Finally found a hotel nearby but had to pay double the amount I had already paid this hotel. I have emailed and received no response. I have now reported them to the BBB. If I do get my money back I will be forced to file a police report

The hotel was not super fancy but it was run pretty well and they were very nice to let me put a bag of food in the refrigerator in the breakfast room for my stay. The room was big enough, comfortable and clean.

Location is great - walking distance to many museums in Kensington and metro / bus station at the corner.

Rooms always cleaned and fresh. and the location adequate to get to the city center. it is particularly safe to walk around. and the breakfast makes your day.

The price is good and I found a nice place with my wife, we felt immersed in New York Air, all was clean and neat

The room was small but nice. Glad that there were vinyl floors not carpet and the room had a great view of the Hudson River
